iRCx™ Partner Program

SCIenergy’s iRCx solution is the combination of high-tech software from the SCIenergy cloud™ and high-touch actionable insights using best-in-class engineering.  SCIenergy invites firms experienced with retro-commissioning, energy audits, and measurement & verification to join the iRCx Partner Program and take their service offering to the next level.  SCIenergy cloud apps enable Partners to gather and analyze data more efficiently. Additionally, end-users benefit from accelerated savings and sustained building performance. Forward-thinking utilities are embracing retro-commissioning approaches that use technology to sustain energy savings and provide a better return on their energy efficiency investments. For iRCx Partners, that translates to a performance advantage in the marketplace. Finally, the software-as-a-service business model enables a continuous service relationship with customers, along with recurring revenue streams.

MESA™ Partner Program

SCIenergy’s MESA solution offers financed, turnkey retrofits for whole-building performance upgrades. It combines capital from a SCIenergy-managed energy efficiency investment fund with cloud-based software and deep engineering expertise, including feasibility assessments, energy modeling, and project implementation. The MESA Partner Program includes two general roles—Sales/Qualification and Technical Development.   Firms with service offerings and unique access to portfolio owners may be well-suited to support MESA Sales/Qualification. MEP consultant and engineering firms may qualify to leverage their own engineering expertise to support MESA project development. In some cases, partners may qualify for both roles.  To support Partners, SCIenergy will offer software tools, along with integrated project management and underwriting to deploy equity and project financing in support of partner MESA engagements.
