What building owners have lacked is a way to harvest energy savings in a practical, economically attractive way.
SCIenergy unlocks the value of efficiency. We first identify potential savings and performance objectives through SCIenergy cloud, our systems management platform that visualizes energy consumption and monitors it over time. We then undertake to meet those objectives through a Managed Energy Services Agreement (MESA) - a proprietary methodology created by SCIenergy that allows upgrades to be financed through energy savings. Because we are able to lower energy consumption by 25 to 30% or more, we are typically able to lower our client’s expenses, fund 100% of the retrofits and increase savings over time through ongoing energy management with our cloud platform. Fees are paid through energy savings.
